Regan Industrial started as a small shop in Tondo, Manila in 1968. From its early roots, the company has steadily expanded its capabilities, operations, and reach to meet the changing needs of the Philippine steel market.

The company was incorporated in 1980, strengthening its role as a steel supplier for different industries. Dedicated expansion into pipe manufacturing followed in 1988 to broaden its production capabilities. Regan Industrial moved to Quezon City in 2002 and continued establishing warehouse facilities, allowing the organization to better support customer requirements and growing project demand.

Key milestones continued to define the company's trajectory over the years. Expanded manufacturing operations achieved ISO certification in 2003, signaling a strong commitment to quality standards.
